The Opportunity

As the Global Delivery Leader for our Industrial Cybersecurity practice, you will have the opportunity to build and manage a delivery capability from the ground up. You will lead all industrial cybersecurity project execution across our global operations. In this role, you will establish, develop, and manage the people, processes, and technology that optimize our bottom-line performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The delivery team will need to support and constantly adapt to our proactive growth strategy. This will include developing delivery capabilities for a variety of service models, ranging from advisory, implementation, managed services, and data driven solutions. The industrial cybersecurity team will regularly pioneer first-of-their-kind solutions that will require innovative delivery and execution capabilities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Establishing the execution capability

  • Establish and standardize delivery processes and procedures

  • Identify/develop tools, template, technologies, resources, and repositories for delivery

  • Develop organizational design

  • Establish tracking and reporting (project level, organizational level, executive)

  • Establish financial operations and processes

  • Establish performance indicators and goals

  • Identify how to work across other sectors/BV organizations

  • Overseeing and managingall project delivery

  • Hire, manage, and develop execution team

  • Oversee and manage all delivery activities, projects, and outcomes

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and project quality

  • Develop and deepen customer relationships, and surface lead-on opportunities

  • Be the escalation point for project and customer challenges, and proactively resolve issues before they arise

  • Manage, track, and report on project-level, execution-level and industrial cyber team-level finances

  • Manage account receivables

  • Optimize performance, efficiencies, and profitability

  • Strategic planning and adaptation

  • Develop and implement execution strategy that adapts to the changing requirements and objectives of our overall growth plan

  • Conduct regular force planning and needs projections

  • Manage solutions for constant talent needs (e.g. surge capabilities, execution partners)

  • Lead team development and growth

  • Mange new hire acquisition and development

  • Adapt organizational design to market needs and new business models

  • Lead investment identification and implementation for execution capabilities

  • Mature and optimize execution efficiency

Management Responsibilities

Supervises work of others. Responsible for hiring, discipline, and pay administration of their subordinates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.

  • 15+ years' professional work experience

  • 10 years project and/or program experience

  • 8 years program leadership or equivalent experience

  • 5 years project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing a delivery team from the ground up

  • Proven experience in managing teams in a high-growth environment

  • 5 years' experience in industrial cybersecurity delivery

  • Experience managing multiple delivery models – e.g., advisory, implementation, managed services, and data driven services

  • Strong understanding of financial management and projections

  • Experience building and running large teams with diverse skillsets

  • Startup experience

  • Proven experience establishing and managing a global team

  • Technical expertise to manage, guide, and execute work

  • Highly adaptable and can support growth

  • Black & Veatch operations/org experience

Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

  • Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) preferred

  • Other relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred (e.g., Nozomi, Fortinet, Dragos, Tenable)
